Zhaikmunai announces enhanced reporting procedures.
London – 29 November 2010 – Zhaikmunai LP (LSE: ZKM) (“Zhaikmunai”), the oil and gas exploration and production business based in northwestern Kazakhstan, announces that following its successful bond issuance in October 2010 it will commence publishing enhanced interim financial statements which will include an unaudited condensed consolidated balance sheet as at the end of the first and third quarters.
The date for announcing its third quarter results for the three (and nine) month period(s) to 30th September 2010 will be on Thursday 16th December 2010.
Post publication of the financial statements for the third quarter of 2010, Zhaikmunai management will hold a conference call followed by a Q&A session for analysts and investors on Thursday, 16 December 2010 at 2 pm GMT (London time).
